Yvette Cuthbert an energetic, creative member of the Century 21 Andrich Realty Ltd team.

Yvette has a variety of past experiences that contribute to her ability to best represent you in your real estate interests. She is the president of the Portage Real Estate Board and a Director of the Manitoba Real Estate Board. She has a degree in Interior Design, has had homes featured in magazines and was the general contractor and designer of her own home. She designed the exterior and interior renovation of our Century 21 Andrich Realty Ltd. on 39 Royal Rd North and 206 Prince.

Yvette is also a School Board Trustee, and the well being of Portage la Prairie and its children are very important to her. She is  an artist and has had her own gallery show, as well as had paintings in both the Winnipeg Art Gallery and Manitoba Legislative Building.  Yvette is Chair of the Arts Smart Board and PCI "Plaza of Possibilities".  Yvette is a life-long learner, continuing to take courses on real estate, etc. to be able to serve you better. 

She is friendly, hard working, and responds well to a challenge. She would be glad to spend the time needed with you to make sure you are getting what you want, and that you are comfortable with your decision.
